THE LONELY BEARS: The Bears Are Running back to artists page Released May 23, 2000 The third of the Lonely Bears trilogy. This album was recorded at Acousti Studio, Paris, May 1992 and at Ardingly, Sussex, January 1994. On these two sessions Tony Hymas, Terry Bozzio, Hugh Burns and Tony Coe entered the studio to improvise around a set of compositions. Among the tunes is the 17:00 epic "Looking For Maquah" and an interpretation of "Happy Go Lucky Loco" by Duke Ellington. Originally released on the Nato label in 1994, this release has never been issued in the United States, and has been almost impossible to get a hold of, until now. |
